Shipping policy
We aim to get your "Everyday Happiness" to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible!
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Processing Time: Standard order processing is 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is the time required to prepare your order and is separate from the carrier transit time.
Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Please contact info@trinketsco.co.za immediately if any errors are detected, orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, they are responsible for any costs incurred to reroute the package or the cost of placing a new order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and your location.
We offer various shipping options (e.g., Standard, Expedited). Delivery estimates for these services will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
3. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. This allows you to follow your package's journey.
4. Shipping Liability and Risk of Loss
Fulfillment of Contract: Our responsibility for the product ends once the package is accepted by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.).
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means we are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
Delivery Issues (Lost/Stolen): If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide any necessary documentation but are not responsible for compensation once delivery is confirmed.
